The distances between joins are not controlled and vary according to the length of the skin as well as the position of any damages included within (holes, scars, brand marks, and flanks). This is part of the normal production process so short lengths between joins are not considered to be a defect or damage. As such, short lengths between joins are not considered a valid reason for return.

If you require a certain distance between joins or cannot use joins in your product or project please contact us prior to purchasing.

Standard shipping DOES NOT COME WITH TRACKING. If you want your item tracked, you must purchase this as a shipping upgrade at checkout. If you are placing a large order and the shipping covers tracked shipping, we will default to this option before refunding any overages. If you still feel that you are being charged too much for shipping (this only applies if you are purchasing MORE THAN 4 ITEMS at a time) then please write to us BEFORE placing your order and we will create a custom order listing for you to combine shipping charges.

If you are purchasing 4 items or less, it does not pay to combine shipping as what you are being charged is accurate and shipping charges WILL NOT CHANGE.

For CUSTOM ORDERS, please copy and paste the link to the items that you want directly into an Etsy conversation thread. We have a large inventory and many items of the same color/type come in different sizes and styles so it is imperative that we have the DIRECT LINK to the item that you want. Then please tell us how many lots of each you require or the total number of yardage.

Customers outside of North America ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ADD TRACKED SHIPPING TO THEIR ORDERS AT CHECKOUT, no matter what the size. Packages to anywhere outside of Canada are mailed Small Packet Air Mail and this service does not include tracking.

VACATION NOTICE: We will be closed for summer vacation from July 19th, 2019 to August 4th, 2019 but will keep the shop open for your convenience. In the event that you place an order during the time that we are away, please note that your order may not be shipped until the week of our return, starting August 5th, 2019. Our wholesale, business and repeat customers are encouraged to plan your production schedules accordingly.
